Will Densberger

A St. Helena native, Will Densberger cherishes the life-long relationships he has developed in Napa Valley. After receiving his B.S. degree in business/finance, he went to work for Safeway Inc. just prior to their leveraged buyout (LBO) by Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts (KKR). He landed in management of Safeway’s vast surplus real estate portfolio, initially within accounting, quickly ascending in responsibility to vince president. Ultimately, Will was responsible for all asset management responsibilities, including opening/managing several offices throughout the U.S. Eventually, this Safeway portfolio was transferred to a partnership in Oregon, where Will served as vice president of asset management. His responsibilities quickly expanded to include oversight of the managing partner’s corporate agricultural portfolio. Prior to returning to Napa Valley in 2007, Will joined The Nature Conservancy as CEO of its newly formed ag-subsidiary, Conservation Farms and Ranches, where he served for two years. Currently, he specializes in the wine industry real estate world, representing both buyers and sellers. Within this niche, Will combines his deep local, hometown knowledge and relationships, his commercial/investment experience, and his practical agricultural expertise. Will’s excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills are appreciated by his clients and his team of industry professionals, whom he calls upon, as needed, to support the successful execution of his deals.
